This is the THIRD parking violation in the last hour. Spot was taken when I dropped of my daughter (who has a disability & has a placard … she doesn’t drive; hence, I drop her off & I pick her up). This offender was driving a USPS vehicle, Mercedes van. It does not have any license plates, but the vehicle is numbered. I write the vehicle # in the plate area: 2326430. Driver is a fairly young black male. I saw him walk into Ladybird Taco to get his takeout food and return to his vehicle.
