These people keep parking in the only handicapped spot near my apartment and my husband has to use a knee walker that requires the ramp part of the sidewalk. He has been disabled with multiple surgeries in and out of the hospital for two years. I work late and often come home to this specific car parked in the only handicapped spot and they do not have a parking permit and they are not handicapped.
